After the popular series “Ask ve Ceza”, receiving offers from the new series “Alyasmalim” & “Iffet” amongst others, Yildirim received many offers but decided to wait. Murat Yildirim who has claimed popularity not only in Turkey but on a International level, liked the script of “Suskunlar” and accepted the offer. Yildirim will be portraying the character of Ecevit an attorney, and the closer than skin & bone relationship with his childhood friend Bilal (Sarp Akkaya)

There was an ongoing search for the leading actress, while TIMS was in negotiations with Sedef Avci, it was discovered that she was also in negotiations with Koliba Film for their new production “Eylul” therefore negotiations came to an end. After speaking with the actress Ceren Hindistan and not coming to a resolution, they announced that they had been also thinking of offering the role to Asli Enver with whom they came to a final agreement. With a fame in her first serial “Kavak Yelleri”, Enver will now be in the leading actress characterization of Ahu. Ahu who has long been in a relationship with Bilal, and with Ecevit not re-entering their lives things are going to dramatically change. The reopening of old wounds is going to change everyone’s life as they currently know it. The director for the serial is the renowned director Umur Turagay.
